Psychic Suppers
Begin relaxing at one of our psychic suppers...
Although originally intended as social gatherings, providing fun, entertainment and an easy way of keeping in touch with old friends, our psychic suppers offer an ideal opportunity for newcomers to meet with like-minded individuals (amateur and professional) who share a similar interest in spirituality.
Starting around 7.30pm and finishing about 10pm, the evening begins with a session of psychic readings, followed by a buffet supper and a free prize draw. The psychic session usually lasts about an hour and twenty minutes, with the buffet and prize draw occupying the rest of the time.
We arrange several large tables around the room with each one seating six or seven people and one psychic. The psychic will attempt to give a short reading to as many people on the table as time permits (about twenty minutes) before moving on to another table. We generally aim for between three and four moves by each psychic.
Having the psychics move in this way allows the occupants of each table to see different psychics at work and to experience some of the different methods and techniques they employ. Some techniques suit some individuals more than others; hence, if you don't get a reading from one psychic, there's a good chance that you'll get a message from one of the others. While we cannot guarantee results, we tend to find that most people get one or two short messages – some often get more.
We are sometimes able to arrange psychic suppers to coincide with a particular theme (Halloween, for example), but this largely depends on the date on which the supper falls. Our Christmas suppers have always proved to be very popular, showing that Santa is still a big attraction, even among adults.
For newcomers, these settings, along with the light‑hearted atmosphere, provide an ideal opportunity to dispel any previously acquired fears or misconceptions regarding spirituality. We are currently hosting (boasting?) a very friendly bunch of clients, ranging from several teenagers through to... well let's just say, she wouldn't thank us for revealing her age. So, you're never too old (or too young) to come along and join us.
With such a varied bunch of people, you can imagine the problems thrown up by their different dietary wants and needs. Fortunately, because of the experience we have gained from so many previous suppers, we have managed to select a range of foods suitable for most requirements: vegan, vegetarian, wheat intolerance, etc. To see the selection of foods we have on offer, please visit our buffet page.
